My interest in real estate started when I was young observing my mom’s enthusiasm and dedication for the business. Continuing that interest, in 1975 I acquired my first real estate license in our home state of Nebraska. Although my career path and focus at that time lead me to the building and construction side of the housing industry, I have always stayed interested in the sales and marketing aspect and acquired my real estate license again after moving to Colorado in the mid 1980’s. My combined experience includes: new home construction, remodels, additions, house rehab & flips, commercial tenant improvement, new housing for researchers in Antarctica and residential appraisals. To complement my real estate career I am also a business owner with an emphasis in planning & design utilizing AutoCAD & 3D modeling. I have held a California contractor license since 1991. With this extensive background in construction & design it was only natural to team up with my wife Janine and continue our combined passion for real estate.
