The Peppertree Park neighborhood was largely developed starting in 1998, but most to the homes were built after 2000. As with most new home communities, a few model homes were constructed to perform pre-sales operations. These Peppertree Park models showcased many of the options being offered at that time. The relationship in elevation and its location to the temperature moderating Pacific Ocean make it possible to revel in the mild Mediterranean climate.
